By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bento4d platform (including the bento4d.ws website and any associated mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Bento4d reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under Malaysian law.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on bento4d. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information may affect the standing of your account.
You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. bento4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings, for an added layer of security.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a bento4d user, you agree not to engage in the following activities, which constitute a breach of these terms:
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
- Cheating, manipulating, or interfering with any system, game, or transaction on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from bento4d.
- Sharing or reselling account access to any third party.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or the fairness of the platform for other users.
- Uploading or distributing harmful, offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Any breach of the above rules entitles bento4d to suspend or terminate your account immediately and, where necessary, report the activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on bento4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers.
Deposits are processed within a timeframe that depends on your chosen payment method — typically within 5 to 30 minutes for electronic methods. bento4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the original deposit and are subject to any account verification requirements that may apply. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and may vary by payment method. Winnings above a certain amount may require additional identity verification before a withdrawal is approved. bento4d reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing where fraud is suspected, pending the outcome of an investigation.
All bonuses and promotions received are subject to the specific bonus terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. Failure to meet the bonus requirements may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Bento4d reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user's account for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of terms of use, money laundering activity, or upon direction from the relevant authorities. In the event of an account suspension, any legitimate balance may be reclaimed through the platform's designated process once the investigation is concluded.
Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to applicable verification requirements.
Bento4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. All betting activity carries financial risk borne entirely by the user. The platform makes no guarantee of winnings or returns.
The platform's content, services, and features are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. bento4d does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
All content on the bento4d platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of bento4d and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.
The bento4d platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and bento4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party sites. Visiting third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to amicable resolution through negotiation. Should no resolution be reached, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
